You fill out the questionnaire
Free, and it does not commit you to anything. Ask me questions before you decide.
I confirm the scope and send an invoice
I'll reply within one business day to confirm what you need, flag anything tricky about your dates, and quote the fee. Planning starts once payment is in.
I build your draft
Flights, hotels, and (for full planning) a day-by-day itinerary shaped around your budget, your pace, and your points.
You review it
You'll get the draft to read over before anything is final. Two rounds of revisions are included.
You get the final plan and book it
Your finished itinerary, with links and booking instructions. You make the bookings yourself, so every reservation stays in your name and under your control.

Rush planning: add 50%
For departures within 30 days. Rush planning moves you to the front of the queue and cuts delivery to 2 business days for Essentials, 4 for full planning. That is $75 on Essentials and $250 on full planning.

Payment comes first
Full payment is due before planning begins. The questionnaire itself is free and puts you under no obligation.
Two rounds of revisions are included
Once you've seen your draft, you get two rounds of changes within 14 days: swapping hotels, reworking a day, adjusting the pace. What is not included is starting over on a different destination or a completely new trip. That is a fresh project at the standard fee, and I'll always tell you before anything is billable.
How long it takes
Essentials takes 3 to 5 business days and full planning 7 to 10, counted from the day payment clears. Complex multi-city trips can take longer, and I'll tell you upfront if yours will.
I plan, you book
I'm a planner, not an agency. You make every booking yourself, which keeps reservations in your name, your points in your account, and control with you. I'll give you exact links and instructions.
Points and awards
I'll show you where your points go furthest, but you carry out the transfers yourself. Point transfers to airline and hotel partners are almost always irreversible, so please do not move anything until your plan is final.
Passports, visas, and entry rules
Checking passport validity, visas, and entry requirements for your destination is the traveller's responsibility. I'll flag anything I spot, but please verify with the official sources for your nationality.
Travel insurance
Strongly recommended on every trip. I can point you toward what to look for, but I do not sell it.
Cancellations and refunds
Changed your mind before I've started? Full refund. Once your draft has been sent, the fee is non-refundable, because the work is already done.
Third parties
Airlines, hotels, and tour operators sometimes change schedules, cancel, or fall short. I choose them carefully, but I cannot be held responsible for what they do once you've booked.
Prices and availability move quickly
Airfare, hotel rates, award space, tours, and activities change constantly, sometimes hour to hour. Everything I send reflects what is available at the moment I send it, and I cannot guarantee the same price or availability later. If you're happy with your plan, book it promptly. Waiting is the single most common reason a good fare disappears.
